Dutch Kast Key

The customer had bought a Dutch kast, dating from the late 1700’s early 1800’s, but the lock had no key. They came to me to re-key the lock in a style that would match keys from the other kasts that they own. The key was forged from a single piece and hand filed to final shape.

The restoration work to the lock was not done by Thomas Boucher.
